Get organisations

Lists the organisation names (and associated ids) who have contributed data that has been approved for publication.

Example outputs:
- JSON (default): https://apps.des.qld.gov.au/species/?op=getorganisations
- XML: https://apps.des.qld.gov.au/species/?op=getorganisations&f=xml
- CSV: https://apps.des.qld.gov.au/species/?op=getorganisations&f=csv

Optional Variables:
f: The format of the response. There are 4 possible options; json, xml, kml and csv. Json is the default if 'f' is not set. If the output is spatial, GeoJson will be return for 'f=json' and KML will be returned for 'f=xml' or 'f=kml'.

Output Field Descriptions:
OrganisationID: The unique identifier for the organisation within the WildNet database.
Name: The name of the organisation.
