2019-20 Vacancy maintenance and tenanting turnaround
datastore ActiveData on vacancy episodes completed during 2019-20, for properties in social rental housing. Only includes information on vacancies due to normal maintenance and re-tenanting of property.
Note: In 2019-20, the department implemented new technology information systems which has resulted in some changes to data structures and coding. Data comparison across years may be impacted.
