Monthly Project Cost Data

Hello,

I have founded a QLD technology startup company innovating with AI to make capital projects more predictable. I have been able to access annual project costs datasets such as QTRIP. I, however, seek monthly project cost data. I am specifically looking to model forecast against actual expenditure to build a predictive model. I know this information exists but would be interested to know how I could access it for research?
