Public Health Unit Catchment Suburbs

I am a postdoctoral fellow at Data61 unit of CSIRO, associated with Analytics and Decision Sciences program. I am interested in a mapping of suburbs/postcodes to public health units (PHUs). It may be useful to add that the data for 4 of the 13 PHUs including Metro North, Metro South, West Moreton and Gold Coast is publicly available at the following link: https://metrosouth.health.qld.gov.au/catchment-suburbs.
