list of suburbs/localities and the LGA's name that resides in them

I am trying to locate a data set for Queensland which will list the council name, suburb and Postcode. Similar to the Vic and NSW data sets below. Is there something similar you are aware of which I can use? More than happy to combine multiple data sources if required.
