Property Sales and Valuations Data

The Valuer-General collects property information in order to determine statutory valuations of rateable parcels of land in Queensland. The Valuer-General provides detailed land valuation data through the Queensland Globe for free. It is designed to help you better understand your land valuation and local property market. From 2021, the Queensland Globe now includes extra layers of data to show freehold valuation and state land rental valuation, in addition to existing land valuation data. Refer to Land Valuations on the Queensland Globe (https://www.qld.gov.au/environment/land/title/valuation/annual/land-valuations-on-queensland-globe).
A range of other property valuation and sales data (https://www.qld.gov.au/environment/land/title/valuation/property-sales) from the valuation roll is made available; and can be purchased through our business centres (see our property valuation and sales data link above for a fee list).
Alternately, valuation data can be purchased through our participating brokers of property data. Refer to the Personal Identification Information in Property Data Code of Conduct website PIIPD - List of Participating Brokers (http://www.propertydatacodeofconduct.com.au/ttsvr/n/List-of-Participating-Brokers-/qvas-188) for a current list of data brokers and their contact details who you may be able to contact to assist with your enquiry.

My enquiry was about property sales data, not the valuation.
The QLD Globe doesn't have property sales layer.
Please don't refer me to corporations who are re-selling data. I can't afford paying $20k for a CSV file.
The property sales data (address, purchase price and date) is not classified as private/personal information and can be available under Creative Commons license.
